These high-quality stainless steel Half Moon canteens are faithful reproductions of British examples excavated at Ft. Ligonier, dating from 1758–1766. Featuring a cork stopper, side loops, and a cotton shoulder cord, the Half Moon style was widely used from the Seven Years’ War through the War of 1812 and beyond.
Each canteen measures approximately 8" high (including the spout), 4½"–5" wide, and holds about 1 quart. Crafted from stainless steel with food-safe soldered joints, these canteens combine historical authenticity with modern durability.
