These high-quality stainless steel Kidney-Shaped canteens are faithful reproductions of British examples excavated at Ft. Ligonier, dating from 1758–1766. Featuring a cork stopper, side loops, and a cotton shoulder cord, the Kidney-Shaped style was widely used from the Seven Years’ War through the War of 1812 and beyond.
Each canteen measures approximately 8" high (including the spout), 4½"–5" wide, and holds about 1 quart. Crafted from stainless steel with food-safe soldered joints, these canteens combine historical authenticity with modern durability.
